Terms of use
Last updated November 1, 2026
By using FormFlow (pdfoverwk2026.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. The service
FormFlow provides free browser-based tools to fill, sign, create and flatten PDF forms. The tools run on your device. We may change, add or remove features at any time.
2. Your documents and responsibilities
You keep all rights to your documents. You are responsible for the content you add to them, for having the right to edit and sign them, and for checking the finished PDF before you rely on it or send it to anyone. Keep a copy of your original file.
3. Signatures and legal effect
FormFlow places an image of a signature, initials or a date on a PDF. It does not verify anyone's identity, apply a cryptographic digital signature, or keep an audit trail. Whether an electronic signature is acceptable for a particular document is decided by the law that applies and by the person or organization receiving it. Laws such as the federal ESIGN Act and state versions of UETA support many electronic signatures, but some documents are excluded. Nothing on FormFlow is legal advice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use FormFlow to forge someone else's signature, to create fraudulent documents, or for any unlawful purpose. Don't attempt to disrupt or overload the website.
5. No warranty
FormFlow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. PDFs vary a lot, and we can't guarantee every file will open or display identically in every viewer.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FormFlow and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, arising from your use of the site. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US $50.
7. Third-party content
Links to other websites, such as the IRS, are provided for convenience. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
